Dash and Zoe
The monday before the 4th of July, we took our annual camping trip with my side of the family. We were there for three days. It was really fun watching the kids play with their cousins (and uncles, aunts and grandparents).
Garrett's favorite part was the little paddle boat that my parents brought and swimming in the lake. And golfing with Grandpa.
Natalie's favorite part was building sand castles and playing with Lindsey and Emily.
Sara's favorite part was the smores.
And Lily just slept most of the time.
On the last day, we all took showers and found some nice little ticks. So now we're pretty paranoid searching for them.
On the way home, we stopped at the dinosaur quarry. We had no idea that it would be about an hour out into the middle of nowhere. There were some hiking trails, but it was really really hot and so we decided it wouldn't be too great for our kids. It was cool seeing the dinosaur bones. It's hard to imagine that creatures so large were once on the earth.
